Individual session focusing on creating an individualized plan that helps you meet your sexual and intimacy goals and learn how to prioritize sexual self care. Over the course of 4-6 sessions, we will explore your values, goals, strengths, and desires through assessment and education. We will draft a plan that will put on on the path of loving and honoring yourself as a sexual being. Price is per session.
